First Consultation
The first consultation lasts about 60–90 minutes and can take place in my practice in Bergen NH or online via Teams, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
During this session, we’ll discuss your current complaints, personal and family history, and overall well-being. This helps me understand the full picture of your health.
Before the consultation, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to complete and return by email.
Follow-up consultation
Follow-ups are important to assess progress and adjust your treatment.
At the beginning, a check-in is usually needed every 2–4 weeks, depending on your condition. As your health improves, the intervals become longer (for example, once or twice a year).
Follow-up consultations can be done in person or online, whichever is most convenient for you. Keeping notes on changes you experience will help us track your progress together.
On average:
- Acute complaints: 1–3 consultations
- Chronic complaints: more sessions, depending on complexity

The homeopathic consultation includes a thorough analysis of your condition to determine the most suitable homeopathic remedy for you.
The homeopath begins by listening closely to you to gain an in-depth understanding of your needs and complete medical history. Work is underway to reveal the causes and triggers of your discomfort, paying attention to concurrent symptoms that match your primary concerns.
The emphasis is on comprehensive treatment rather than addressing isolated symptoms. Your personal and hereditary history is carefully considered, including allergic tendencies or recurring symptoms.
The homeopath conducts a thorough analysis of all available information and identifies individual remedies that will communicate effectively with your body, activating its innate self-regulation and self-healing mechanisms.
The goal of the homeopath is to help you regain improved health by utilizing your body’s natural mechanisms of self-regulation & self-healing.
This process can unfold in several stages, sometimes quickly and sometimes gradually, without the risk of side effects. After the consultation, the homeopath will prescribe homeopathic medicines to you, whereby you will receive an intake prescription and you must report changes after intake during the follow-up consultation.

Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, please do so at least one working day (24 hours) before the appointment, otherwise 50% of the consultation costs will be charged.
