Hydrosols or hydrolaten (aromatic floral water) are produced by steam distillation and offer a gentle, safe alternative for enjoying the benefits without the intense concentration of essential oils, making them suitable for everyday use for health, beauty and cooking.
During the first part of the evening, I’ll present 10 hydrosols with some recipes from the Oshadi brand.
After tasting some hydrosols, we will prepare your natural, easily refillable spray.
I’d love to share my knowledge about remedies we commonly use in Switzerland that are efficient and easy to apply for everyone, everywhere.
